This is it and every other attempt in my past will pale in comparison. I've made a decision---an iron-clad decision, a non-negotiable choice unlike any other in my past. My biggest obstacle isn't the food and exercise, it's me---and the little voice inside doubting and encouraging failure. Now, more than ever, failure isn't an option. My children deserve more and my wife deserves more from me. So I’m gonna take it one day at a time. I’m gonna relax, smile, and enjoy life because this is not forever, it’s just for now. I’m headed to an amazing place a place I’ve never been before...With the help of God, I’m in control. The epiphany, A child in my daughter's class asked why is your dad so fat? I don't want to be an embarassment to my family.
